Garrison Square - Renovation rebrand

This iconic Boston multi-family property was in need of a facelift. To match the updated vibes and new amenity center, I created a renovation branding package. Complete with logo, exterior and interior signage, posters, facebook ads, you name it. The customer wanted to honor the historic nature of the property and traditional setting, but appeal to young families and professionals. I’m calling it Hogwarts meets clambake.
