I was asked to design a logo for a suburban apartment community in Germantown, MD. The apartment name had a country club feel to it, but the project manager wanted something more designed and modern to reflect the many big box stores in the area, and clean feeling of the property.
I started with a mood board of neutral taupe paired with warm red and yellow to match the town's architecture. I also re-designed the community's front entrance monument sign, as well as all the interior signage a resident might see.
I also created monitor slides with key property features highlighted to entertain potential residents while waiting in the lobby.
