LENOX FARMS - Logo revamp and signage

An upscale apartment complex outside of Boston, Lenox Farms’ branding needed a facelift. The dated logo and tired area advertising wasn’t attracting the ideal tenants. To modernize the design, I used a mix of a clean serif typeface with a script signature “L” to give the logo a boutique hotel vibe. The “L” becomes a subtle texture when used on billboards and pole banners seen below.
