Southern Monogram Wedding Koozies and new designs!

Happy Monday all! Time has been flying so far this year. I've been busy adding a few new wedding koozie designs to the Etsy shop, and I wanted to highlight a popular new design which was featured on the great wedding blog, Snippet & Ink. The bride Jamie wanted a unique southern design to match her elegant garden theme wedding. The navy koozies with gold ink really pop and are such a popular wedding theme right now! Enjoy these photos from the talented Robyn Van Dyke Photography in Chapel Hill, NC. And get this wreath wedding koozie with monogram design here:

In addition to the monogram design, check out these new koozies in the shop here, here and here. My favorite is probably the "We came for the I Do's and stayed for the Free Booze" koozie design seen here:

Real Wedding - Erin & Ryan

Erin and Ryan were some fabulous clients (and friends!) The two met at my alma mater Texas Tech, and hosted a fabulous wedding at the Space Gallery here in Denver. As the wedding was being held at a gallery, I wanted a modern artsy vibe to the invitations. To set off the geometric pattern, I convinced Erin to splurge on neon green foil. It was totally worth it! I carried the geometric pattern through the program and guest book.

Such a fun venue and couple. Did I mention this wedding was catered by a food truck? Delicious! Add in some custom koozies to tie the whole event together!

Brooklyn Art Deco Wedding - Inspired Shoot

It was such a privilege and honor to participate in this beautiful styled shoot featured on the amazing wedding blog, 100 Layer Cake! The shoot took place at Fort Greene Bar in Denver. This classic cocktail bar was the perfect venue for a styled shoot of a bygone era. From the jewel toned walls and floral necklace... yeah you read that right, floral NECKLACE... this shoot was dripping with beauty!

My task was to create a modern spin on an art deco style invitation. I utilized the clean lines and geometry found so often in Art Deco design with modern typography. I kept the jewel tone color palatte of forest green an ochre yellow. Because the theme of this shoot was an elopement, I designed an elopement announcement and an RSVP card for the hell of it!

Did you see the size of that diamond!?! The images are all so beautiful. I'll just stop writing and let you enjoy!

I loved the little detail of adding figs to the place cards I designed.

Check out the entire gallery on 100 Layer Cake. Below are the amazing vendors, be sure to check them out for your upcoming event!  Photography:  Tara Bielecki. 2015 holiday photo cards & Birth ANNOUNCEMENT

This is a little late to post, but I wanted to share our 2015 holiday cards with the beautiful photos from Tara Bielecki photography! As we just welcomed our baby boy to the family, these holiday cards pulled double duty as a birth announcement. I thought a fun play on words would be to use "Silent Night, yeah right." As that is truly how we feel these days!

I packaged the forest green cards in a kraft paper envelope, ordered from here. Our return address is made from the floral vine stamp, available in my Etsy Shop!

Art Deco Styled Shoot - 100 Layer Cake sneak peek!

Apologies for the radio silence lately. We have been adjusting to life with our beautiful baby boy! We had the fabulous and talented Tara Bielecki snap some family photos. I will share more on here next week along with our Christmas cards. But here is a link to a few of the gorgeous photos

I also had the privilege of collaborating with Tara and a slue of other talented Denver vendors on a beautiful Art Deco inspired styled shoot. The photos will be featured on 100 Layer Cake in a few weeks, so I can only share a sneak peek for now. How gorgeous are these images by Tara?
